Focus to earn your apps back.
Regrind is a screen time app built around a simple trade. The apps you choose stay blocked by default. Focus sessions earn Credits. Credits buy unlock time. When the unlock ends, the apps lock again.
That's the whole loop.
> HOW IT WORKS
Pick the apps you want blocked. They're locked from the moment you set them — not on a schedule, not during certain hours. Locked.
Start a focus session. Every minute you complete is one Credit in your balance. Want to use a blocked app? Withdraw Credits for unlock minutes at a fair rate. One Credit, one minute.
If you change your mind partway through, lock the apps again early and the unused minutes come back to your balance.
